Penn Medicine
The Ask. Develop a nesting navigation menu and a filtered search function.
Role. UX Lead.
HeadsUp is a Penn Medicine organization with the mission to help end the stigma around psychosis through education, advocacy, and support. Their website serves as a robust hub for mental healthcare advocates, clinicians and centers across Pennsylvania on the frontlines of education, treatment and de-stigmatization of early psychosis. While working for Push10, I had the opportunity to work on a number of projects for this organization in creating a better user experience on their website.
01. Navigation
The pre-existing website had a clunky navigation menu, and the client was limited in what they could nest under each category. To remedy this, I came up with a future proof way of treating the menu with a three tier system that neatly nests under each layer.

02. Search
Searching for facilities that offered care for pychosis in Pennsylvania was really difficult with the existing design and table system. Using the brand styling, I created a search tool that patients could easily navigate and filter based on their individualized needs.
